Project Description:
In March of 2012 the DFMR of the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment trusted MER with the task of identifying macrofauna samples collected from 200 m depth, 6 km offshore from the city of Larnaca. MER’s benthic taxonomist identified the macrofauna samples where possible to the species level and submitted a report to the DFMR soon after.
