Τhe Frederick University Cyprus in cooperation with the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Shipping organised successfully an interesting high-level Maritime Environmental Forum entitled “Current and Upcoming Maritime Environmental Regulations – Can we meet the ‘Green’ targets?”.
The event took place at Crown Plaza in Limassol and held under the auspices of the Honourable Shipping Deputy Minister to the President, Mrs Natasa Pilides.
Dr Demetris Kletou, director of Marine and Environmental Research – MER Lab, presented an interesting talk about “Marine Ecosystems: Threats and significance of management”. It was a great opportunity and pleasure to exchange insights and knowledge with people who work at the sea.
